ADTANCE Support is a solution for remote support in industrial customer service, e.g. for maintenance and inspection of machines from a distance. Among other things, the solution enables service experts to respond to service cases in real time and to start the problem solving process with the customer directly. This is made possible by the ADTANCE Messenger and live video chat features on which the solution is based. The solution can be used for a wide variety of use cases.
